My bacon weave finally came out nice and tight and didn’t fall apart! I used this video.

I used OvenGold Roasted Turkey Breast, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Simple and Delicious!

Notes:

My Publix bacon is usually too thin for my liking so I used Hormel Black Label Original – I’m pretty sure I won’t ever buy another kind of bacon. So good, just thick enough.

I cooked the weaves (and strips for the wife) in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 18 minutes. I would start checking it at 16 and keep a look at it. The weave was perfect but the strips could’ve been taken out a minute before.

This is VERY bacony which is great but still, use a lot of turkey and/or filling.
