Remember me? I’m back, again – for like the umpteen time.
Long story short, my father wasn’t doing well and then he died (cancer) – the last thing on my mind was eating right. Pretty much the opposite: I’ve been eating my emotions ever since (January).
With that said, it’s time to man up and stop looking for excuses.
I have to get healthy for my family and myself.
I want to get sexy for my wife, myself and onlookers in general 😉
I went to the doctor for a checkup (hadn’t been in years) and he pretty much said I have to make some lifestyle changes or I will most likely become diabetic. I mentioned Keto and although it’s not his favorite diet he doesn’t deny that it works.
So here I am. Day #1 – 284.4 lbs
My next checkup is in September so let’s see how low I can get by then!
Also, included my current blood work results so we can compare it in September.
