Nutty FatBombs (3 Versions)

I’ve now tried 3 versions and I’ve found my favorite!

Version #1 – Fat = 25g | Net Carbs = 1g

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp nuts ‘n more peanut butter
  • 10 drops of ez sweets
  • 1 drop of vanilla extract

This was so good!

Version #2 – Fat = 36g | Net Carbs = 1g

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp nuts ‘n more peanut butter
  • 10 drops of ez sweets
  • 1 drop of vanilla extract

This was also good but too soupy. The extra fat was great and doable but I did prefer the thickness of only using 1 tbsp of butter.

Version #3 – Fat = 24g | Net Carbs = 0g

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp nuts ‘n more chocolate almond butter
  • 10 drops of ez sweets
  • 1 drop of vanilla extract

This was AMAZING. The fact that its already chocolate makes the flavor so GOOOOOOOOOOOD. Plus zero net carbs!

What I did:

I melted the butter in a cup and then added the sweetener and vanilla extract. Stirred. Then I added the 2 tbsp of peanut/almond butter and stirred till everything was blended as one.
