I made this Friday night, the fam wanted Pollo Tropical and I wasn’t in the mood for their Chicken Ceaser salad so I just got 2 boneless chicken breasts and made magic at home :)

Keeping it simple, I cut up the chicken, topped it with Frank´s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce and mixed well. I split Joseph’s Middle East Bakery pita bread (4 net carbs) in two and topped each side with layers of greatness: Monterey Jack & Cheddar shredded cheese, chicken, bacon and more cheese. Broiled for about 5 min and dipped in ranch – soooooooooo good!
