  • 200g of radishes (less than 4 net carbs)
  • some oil, some butter, some green onion
  • seasoning


  • Wash/clean up the radishes
  • Cut up the radishes
  • Heat up oil/butter till they’re nice and mixed
  • Throw in the radishes, seasoning and green onions, mix
  • Top and cook on low for 10 minutes
  • Saute on med-high for a few minutes till you see them get a little brown.


I paired mine with roasted chicken the wife made – PERFECT!
