I know we all love to see the scale move but don’t let it control you!
I was stressing this morning bad because I hadn’t poo’d since Friday, I even took some miralax after work yesterday. Thankfully I went this morning but it wasn’t anything nice or smooth, still pasty and uncomfortable. (SORRY for the TMI)
Anyways, like I said, I was stressing – even after going but still, I got on the scale and weighed THIS. I was pissed and sad (lol) but whatever, I was going to report it so I took a pic.
Since the worse had happened (I gained) I wasn’t stressing anymore. I brushed my teeth, washed my face. I decided to weigh myself again, not stressing but lets see how much my boxers weigh LOL I got naked and got back on the scale and BOOM, I was blown away. About 4 pounds less!
WTF?! Stress weighs!?!?! I guess it does lol Maybe I was holding my breath when I was stressing, I really don’t know.
Truth is, I shouldn’t have been stressing. I haven’t felt this good since the last time I was in the Keto zone. Seriously. So much energy – it’s crazy. I even walked into work Monday morning chirpy – WHAT? – yeah! AND my pants are starting to fall again! Times are good.
So yeah, don’t let the scale control you. If you fee BETTER than you did before Keto, you’re doing it right!
